Pader District Locals in Panic over Stray Buffalo.

Residents of Anaggura Sub County in Pader district have for two weeks now been living in fear due to a stray buffalo in the area. Third Motorcycle Thief Lynched in Gulu.

An angry mob lynched a suspected motorcycle thief in Gulu town. The suspect Felix Ocira, a resident of vanguard in Pece division was lynched from Kanyagoga parish in Bardege division. Journalists, Religious and Cultural Leaders to Visit Ongwen at The Hague.

A team of journalists, religious and traditional leaders in Northern Uganda are expected to visit former war lord, Dominic Ongwen, at The Hague based International Criminal Court-ICC says the court`s outreach team.
