Three Held for Murder in Amuru.

Police in Amuru district are holding three people in connection to the death of, Joel Ogenrwot.
The suspects are Patrick Ocen alias Tabu, Godfrey Okwera and Morris Okello alias Ocii all residents of Lagot Oywech village in Okidi Parish Attiak Sub County Amuru district.
Aswa river region police spokesperson, Patrick Jimmy Okema said the trio were arrested on Tuesday following information that they assaulted Ogenrwot on the 12th May 2019.
A case of assault was first reported by the deceased`s father, Alfred Opobo at Attiak police under SD Ref: 12/05/2019.
The deceased was first admitted at Attiak Health Centre IV and later transferred to St Mary`s Hospital Lacor in Gulu from where he succumbed to injuries on Monday 20th May 2019 prompting the arrest.
Police in Attiak have preferred a charge of murder against the suspects under CRB 52/2019 and the deceased is still at Gulu Main Hospital pending post-mortem.
